15th July 2024 - Studio - Airbnb - Sharyn’s Boutique Manly Studio Apartment is a local gem situated in the heart of Manly. The apartment is absolutely perfect fitted with all the amenities needed for a quality stay and super clean and tidy. The location is exceptional, with the ability to walk to all the local shops and hot spots. Sharyn was a dream to communicate with and continually went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Manly is truly something special and Sharyn’s Boutique Studio is a must stay!
15th July 2024 - Unit 2 - Airbnb - This was a great place in a wonderful location. Comfy, clean, and modern, with everything you'd need. We were there for a week with our two children, but the place would also work well for four adults or two couples. The location is perfect, with groceries, cafes, and restaurants an easy stroll away. Manly is a magical part of Brisbane. We will be back!
10th July 2024 - Unit 1 - Website - What a delight! This apartment was in the most incredible location and very affordable. It was well stocked and very comfy. We had a truly lovely stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit.
26th April 2024 - Unit 3 - VRBO - our stay at Manly Boutique Apartments. They’ve got the formula right, tasteful, simple furnishings, beautiful clean well-maintained apartment in a calm & serene coastal location and thoughtful touches with milk in the fridge and condiments in the cupboard and close to shops & restaurants – what’s not to like?
4th March 2024 - Unit 1 - VRBO - Perfect property, perfect communicator and prompt in doing so. Response to Messages within 20mins or less in 100% of cases. Thanks Sharyn for a pleasant experience in this process. Location is 500mts walk from Royal Queensland Yacht squadron. (Close to the water, and all the amenities that Manly West and Wynnum had to offer, just by walking to most. ) Didn’t need to go any further except the Stradbroke and Morton Island access areas, that were close by. I recommend this highly . Perfection was achieved. Thx Again
11th February 2024 - Airbnb - Studio and unit 4 - Sharyn and Scott were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond. The apartment was impeccably clean. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance to local shops, bars and the Manly Marina. We have used many airbnb's and we have to say this one has been the best with the overall service, location and cleanliness. 5 stars not enough!
5th February 2024 - Unit 4 - Airbnb - Sharyn's apartment was just the perfect place for a short stay in Manly QLD. It was presented immaculately - we could not fault it - and being an easy walk to all the amenity of Manly village was super convenient. The location, 1 street behind the esplanade was a nice quite residential street. It has a lovely balcony/deck overlooking trees and the street with easy stacker windows to the kitchen. Can't wait to stay here again soon. Highly recommended.
2nd February 2024 - Unit 1 - Vrbo - Very nice clean apartment, easy walking distance to all including some very good restaurants on waterfront Very quiet with comfy beds. All you want is included for your stay totally recommend.
26th January 2024 - Unit 3 - Airbnb - Thank you Sharyn for a wonderful weekend! We were attending a 60th Birthday at the nearby Manly Boat Shed which is only a short walk away. Lots of great activities and restaurants also in the area, and only 20 mins to the airport. The apartment was so well equipped, clean and beautifully modern. We'll be back!

30 December 2023 - Studio - Airbnb - This unit was perfect for our week in Manly. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and quite spacious living area. We appreciated the drying rack and extra storage under the stairs, along with the little outdoor seating area. The fairy lights made it feel festive every evening! The ceiling fan and air con were fabulous as it was mid summer. We would definitely stay here again!
22nd December 2023 - Studio - Airbnb - loved our stay at Sharyn's, it was private, spotless clean, comfortable couch and bed, modern fixtures, nice bathroom, private little area to sit outside, great aircon for the hotter month, close to everything thing and Sharyn was an absolute delight to communicate with very sweet and polite host 💗 will definitely stay again.
21st December 2023 - Unit 1 - Airbnb - Great location with shops 50m down the road, and plenty of cafes and places to eat around. The waterfront/esplanade is only 3mins walk, and the train station within 10mins walk if you want to go into the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay there. Sharyn was also very responsive and communicated well. Would definitely recommend staying here, and would choose this listing again when we come back to Brisbane.
7th December 2023 - Unit 2 - Bookings.com - Great space! Fitted a family of 4 with no worries plus had all the amenities that you need for a holiday apartment. Very clean couldn’t fault it!!
4th December 2023 - Studio - Airbnb - Great little studio especially if you’re bringing along a pet. Our dog loved the yard and made great use of it! Sharyn was very easy to communicate with and we also found a cute guide for Brisbane. Would definitely recommend!
26th November 2023 - Unit 3 - Bookings.com - The apartment was spacious and airy and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen, a bonus in a self catering facility. Our apartment had a nice enclosed balcony where we could sit in the evening. Loved the location and it's handiness to transport into the city. Manly village itself has everything needed including some really nice local restaurants. All in all the whole experience was 10/10 for us. Would recommend it highly and look forward to our next visit.

20th November 2024 - Unit 3 - Such a cute little apartment! Had absolutely everything I needed and more. Everything was super tidy when I arrived. Situated in a quiet area very close to everything! Host very nice and easy to deal with. Very much recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back :)
